I Need Help Building A Great Deck; Help Wanted!

So I have tons of theme ideas for decks and I have tons of Cards/Creature types I love! I'd love to make these decks a reality but...I'm really not that great with making decks. LolSo I'm looking for some really skilled deck builders who wouldn't mind helping me out with making my deck's a reality. I can give you the ideas on what I'm looking and some of the cards I'd like to use. I do like building my decks around specific themes. So if any of you wouldn't mind helping me out with these decks... I'd really appreciate it! Thanks! :D

I also had a Sunburst deck based around Progenitus , Iona, Shield of Emeria , Mayael the Anima , Knotvine Mystic , Mul Daya Channelers , Elvish Piper , Lotus Cobra , Birds of Paradise , Celestial Mantle , Oracle of Mul Daya , etc... So this deck was called the Word's End deck. It was based around huge and monsterous creatures, multi combo, multi tactic, lifegain, getting tons of mana, pulling out creatures with elvish piper, board wiping, etc.... So once again a huge multi use deck that couldn't be locked down. This deck was 100 cards.
So those are some ideas I have and need help with...my main colors are Green, White, Black and Blue.... Red is cool too but I don't really care for goblins and shit.
So please if anyone can help me form some Standard and Commander decks with what I listed contact me asap... I'd really appreciate the help! Thanks! :D

I also would like to recreate a deck I had come up with and had my friend construct for me... It was based around 3 planeswalkers (Elspeth, Jace, & Liliana). They were the older copys not the newer remakes. So Elspeth, Knight-Errant , Jace Beleren , & Liliana Vess . It also had a lot of big creature cards like Iona, Shield of Emeria , Linvala, Keeper of Silence , Angelic Arbiter , Platinum Angel , Lorthos, the Tidemaker , emrakul, Stormtide Leviathan , Inkwell Leviathan , Sun Titan , and other cards like Elixir of Immortality , Silence , Celestial Mantle , card:Venser's Journal, Spellbook , Doomblade, Sanguine Bond , Blood Tribute , Goldenglow Moth , Wall of Frost , and there was a board wipe card that was white, and a white human or sodier creature that costed 1 plains to play and you could tap him and his effect would let you tap another target creature.... pretty much your enemies creatures. Basically it was a multi versed deck... it was board control, graveyard control, Milling, Destroying, Lifegain, etc... Basically if you check the cards I linked...you can probably figure out how diverse the combo's are for this deck especially with the planeswalker combo's! This deck was 80 cards. :D
