I need help with W/U/B control/mill

So I am trying to come up with a control deck that is using mill as its end game. this is what I got and I was wondering if anyone can help me make this run better and more balanced. Its got some good control spells in it but it doesn't feel like its controlling enough but it is milling just as fast as my mill deck was. I also want to make this more consistent with mill draw spells. Any ideas you guys got would seriously help me and if possible id like to use a lot of what was in the Miller Time for mill and some elements from Venser Houdini's Disappearing Act but id like more control.
