I need some help finalilzing my EDH-deck

Hello!
I'm currently building my first EDH-deck and I'd need some help with the final touches.

As I've been play-testing this deck in cockatrice for a while now, I realize that I could perhaps change a few things. These are the cards that I'd like to get fit into the deck:
I'd need some help with getting cards out of the deck. So far I've realized that "First Strike" has not been of very much use so I ask you:
Should I remove Akki Coalflinger and Knighthood and replace them with Aurelia, the Warleader and True Conviction ? Or should I skip True Conviction all together and use [[Cleaver Riot?
And what should I remove to get AEther Charge into the deck? I'm very uncertain if War Cadence is of any sort of use in this deck or not... So far, the moment I have mana enough to create an X-value so high it would matter, the opponents usually have gathered enough mana to be able to pay that cost anyway, so War Cadence has been useless so far at least.
So please give me your thoughts about these possible changes.
