I'd like help with my R/B/W modern deck

My local shop is going to start hosting modern events since the influx of players has been growing over the past year.

Myself as a magic player has also been evolving over the past year. I've acquired a lot of really great cards and a good amount of the skill needed to use them.

I'm brand new to modern and have little idea of what to expect, but I've read a few things here and there.

This is a deck I brewed up after a failed standard attempt of the same archetype.

If anyone can help me make this deck more competitive and lethal I'd be very grateful. Also tips on how to play what in what situation is very useful, as I have no idea how to tackle the beast that is Modern.

Also I don't have very many "non standard" cards at the moment so suggestions for what to swap and what to get would be great.

Look at the last part of your decks name on the URL.

In this case chavest-humans-1

Put the name in double square brackets like this [ [ chavest-humans-1 ] ] but without the spaces.
