Idea for deck that BUFFS opponents creatures
Deck Help forum

To elaborate: I play CASUALLY with a group of about 5 people (max) every so often, and when we got together last time someone suggested that one of us make a deck where we basically just hang back and buff the sh*t out of opponents' cards where we see fit... kind of like a political influence. It's basically like the Anti-MTG deck in a way, but I/we think it would be hilarious. I will keep in mind that I will also lose every game, granted.
Example: say one player was mounting an offensive against another player, I quickly buff the defenders and screw over the attacker. But a turn later, I could screw over the player I just helped.
So basically what I'm looking for are the best cards for this... What do y'all suggest I add to it?
I have 4 Doom Blade for "crowd control" so far, 4 Giant Growth
You could do AEtherize , Fog , Triton Tactics and Ghor-Clan Rampager ?

I think it would help if you told us what color deck you were shooting for because of course it varies color to color!

I had one which was just RTR and GTC cards. It used Boros Charm , Giant Growth and Selesnya Charm along with Ghor-Clan Rampager and other bloodrush creatures to get their attacking creature to be big enough to kill them with a blocking Boros Reckoner . It was a whole lot of fun watching my friend take 21 to the face when he was swinging for the win.

Fertilid is friendly ramp, if that is something you want to get into. Invigorate could be hilarious, as you can give life and a buff.

Group hug is actually a fairly viable EDH strategy. Phelddagrif for the win.
There are also creatures like Hunted Troll , Hunted Phantasm , etc etc. Akroan Horse . Several options of how to go. You might browse the Group Hug category on this site; http://tappedout.net/mtg-deck-builder/group-hug-decks/ .
You might also check out some of the new Curses in the upcoming Commander 2013 set, as well as some other cards like Diviner Spirit. Here's a link to the spoilers: http://www.mtgsalvation.com/commander-2013-spoiler.html

Honestly, anything that either has an unrestricted target buff (Giant Growth is a great example), or the old "fair" global enchantments (Concordant Crossroads , for example).
I wouldn't count out winning. There are so many decks of this type in EDH that the term "Group Hug" is shorthand for them. Some of them even win.
