ideas for a legacy deck

i want to make a legacy deck, i have a deck for almost every other popular format but im tired of being consintly beat by my friends zoo deck.

looking online i could only find decks ranging in the several thousands :(

i would love suggestions on what deck to make (i would like to keep the budget $100 or less), if it helps my favorite color is blue

there are many options for legacy decks it is also dependant on personal preference do you want to aggro, control or combo? aggro works well with the current illusions, there are a lot of fun control decks that use permission wizards or just straight control, and I'm not as fammiliar with combo but I have seen many broken combo decks that my friends play. you can also build your own deck and see how far you can take it that was how I built my black kamikaze deck and my friends banned me from playing it in our group. I have also helped many of my friends with there decks and still do on a regular basis. I just built a eldrazi spawn deck for the lols to see how good I could make them and I came up with deck:when-eldrazi-spawn-run. my advice is to just find a card or concept you can build off of and see how good you can make it.
