Deck Help forum

I need help....... I play Magic each week with a group of mates for fun and one player has a deck that is boosted by the amount of creatures in his graveyard... I have played a couple of decks but loose every time. I would like to build a deck just for beating him :) I know cards exist that destroy cards in the graveyard but im not sure of their names and what card would compliment them. Suggestions welcome :)

Standard available options at the moment: Rakdos Charm Rest in Peace Tormod's Crypt Cremate Beckon Apparition Deathrite Shaman Purify the Grave Vile Rebirth
And if its that bad there are a few other slower less effective ways Crypt Creeper Angel of Serenity Curse of Oblivion Graveyard Shovel Thraben Heretic
And for a bit of overkill Worldfire .

A favorite of mine has always been Gravestorm . Sure they get a choice, but you get a card if they dont exile something.

Relic of Progenitus and Nihil Spellbomb are both popular because they can draw you a card to replace themselves, making them not a dead draw even if your opponent isn't using their graveyard. Leyline of the Void is a very powerful tool, but note that it won't get rid of anything already in the yard if you cast it later in the game. Rest in Peace and Tormod's Crypt are both very strong options as well.

You could also steal from his graveyard with Rise from the Grave . Alternatively, just mirror him, stick a Consuming Aberration in your deck and watch him squirm as your guy gets massive.
