What would you use? I'd like to make a really stupid good wolf run deck that can use any cards. I had a lot of fun playing it when it was in standard and never used an ordinary deck. I got at least top 8 every time I used one. But I know there are a lot of cards out there that could be really good and flat out unfair, ideas/suggestions?

What format?

I'd definite suggest including Kessig Wolf Run . Ok, I'll stop being snarky now!

Xenagos, God of Revels , he really needs to give his targets trample, which wolf run would do and compliment very well. Ramp stuff like. from mana dorks to Farseek and it's ilk. On top of that, probably Lingering Souls or some token producers just for the CA involved. current standard g/r monsters would love wolf run.

My Wolf Run Ramp deck has seen a good bit of success recently, including coming 3rd in a GPT. Check it out here. It's a load of fun to play.

I'm still working on this deck all the time, but its Mono-Green Devotion for Modern. It uses Primeval Titan to fetch up Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx or a Stomping Ground and Kessig Wolf Run , giving you the option to go over the top with mana production, or just try and win with an enormous Kessig Wolf Run boost.

So I'm still toying around with numbers while adding and subtracting cards, but the ability to fetch up lands makes including Kessig Wolf Run just a nice extra, free win condition.

I run Kessig Wolf Run with an infinite mana combo that turns Birds of Paradise into diving one-hit kill death bombs. Primeval Titan is almost a prerequisite for any Kessig Wolf Run deck.
