I'm having trouble with consistency and focus

I've been working on this deck for a few weeks - having morphed from a Rakdos Stuffy Doll build into a Grixis shell before ditching Stuffy Doll entirely - and I'm having trouble making it work consistently: particularly against some of the aggressive and super-controlling strategies.

I want the deck to be controlling - to feel like defeat is inevitable. I want a resolved Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker to be the final nail in the coffin, if it comes to that. I might put in another, because I really would like him to be a win condition. Also, while there are two Tamiyo, the Moon Sage in the list I'd prefer to not need them if at all possible. I've just been trying her out with mixed results.

I'll be sure to add more comments on my deck and strategy as I get feedback. I have to say I'm not the most experienced when it comes to deck-building and evaluation.
