I have this Elf EDH deck I am thinking about making but I would like more options before its set in stone
says its for Legacy, Smith_and_Tonic
Anyway, BiggsUnderbelt I suggest you start here: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/deck/683
It's a bit old, and a I don't know your budget - but it should give you some ideas on how more modern elf decks work.
If you're going away from monogreen at all; there's this list: http://www.wizards.com/magic/magazine/article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/rc/246 , well, it's still motly green, but splashed a bit of blue for Beck instead of Glimpse.
Or, just check the lists here : http://www.mtgtop8.com/archetype?a=38

He meant Elf.
For the record, to link a specific deck that shares a name with a lot of other deck, you go to the deck page, copy the bit between slashes after the "mtg-decks" and paste it between double brackets. So, [ [ elf-12-11-13-1 ] ] becomes your deck.
Also, there's a Deck Help Forum. Epochalyptik will probably move this shortly.

A couple things:
First, this thread died in November 2013. You can post a new one to promote the new deck.
Second, you shouldn't make people hunt your decks down. The more work you make people to just to find your deck, the less willing people will be to help you. Link the deck as an active hyperlink.

There's a formatting guide at the bottom of the page.
You can use TappedOut's autolinking notation, or you can use HTML.
