I'm stuck on my Tempered Steel deck

So, I decided to take a different approach to my standard Tempered Steel deck. I've borrowed concepts from several other decks I've seen posted, along with adding my own personal flavor to the deck itself but I can't seem to get my self to be happy with it at all.

Don't get me wrong, it performs well. VERY well. I just can't find my happy ratio.

Any comments or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm also needing assistance with fleshing out my sideboard as well.
