Improve Theros event deck Inspiring Heroics

I bought Inspiring Heroics as my first deck and I'm looking to impove it without spending too much. I'd prefer to keep it Type 2 or atleast Modern. Could really use help since I'm pretty new and not so good at deckbuilding :P

Not sure how viable it will be to use in Modern but it should be fairly easy to make it work in Standard. How much are you willing to spend? What is your budget?

Where I play we almost never play standard. And I think right now I'd spend not so much, like 40 euros. but it will increase over time. Just try to keep it decently cheap.
