Improving cheap Soul Sisters deck?

I'm building a cheap Soul Sisters deck for use in a Modern tournament.

I'm not expecting miracles, cause I know it can't be that competitive without being expensive, but maybe some advice or recommendations would be nice. Perhaps I'm overlooking certain cards that would do well. If possible, I'd like cards to cost less than 5 euros.
