Invisible Stalker Control

Hey, all! I'm working on a mono blue deck with a pretty straight-forward purpose: counter everything, play Invisible Stalker + Runechanter's Pike once a sufficient number of spells are in my graveyard, win. Would this work? Constructive criticism wanted!
