Is B/G Rock viable in standard at the moment?

I was just thinking after seeing Treasured Find that it might be... theres a ton of support for mono-black control like Liliana of the Dark Realms and Mutilate is it unrealistic to see it as workable with some of the new golgari cards, maybe Sprout Swarm and Blood Artist . I know there aren't any Spiritmonger s, Phyrexian Plaguelord s or Deranged Hermit s in the format but i guess there are equivalents... right?
Any B/G Rock deck would likely just be out-classed by B/G Zombies. It has the same tricks but just wins faster.

Isn't rock built to deal with the most prominent decks in it's standard anyway? So it should have answers to a lot of strategies available built into it .

I'm just pointing out that a Standard Rock deck would likely be similar enough to B/G Zombies to warrant not playing B/G Zombies, or it would simply not be as effective at taking control of a game.

I just have an aversion to zombies... they failed me/i failed them... i'm not an aggro player so i try to shy away from that kind of strategy.

You mean Fungal Sprouting
Yes it's viable, but the right combination really hasn't been found yet. I'd suggest a base around Corpsejack Menace which has an insane ability and a decent body. Hunger of the Howlpack equates to +6 for 1 mana with it out. From here, Fungal Sprouting can do it's work, or Korozda Guildmage can sac a beefy guy for a lot of tokens. With Blood Artist out, that can be game ending. So many options at the moment with filter cards like Mulch and Grisly Salvage , a strong mana base, and lots of decent removal. As an example deck, I built Hungry Menace
