Is it acceptable to have no 1 CMC creatures in my deck?

Here's how my deck looks now.
I'm considering removing all 1 cost 1/1 creatures I have for 2 cost creatures of some kind. Is this bad should I always have 1 cost creatures in any deck I build? They don't seem to help me a great deal in this deck, I generally get a 1/1 in my hand first draw and then it's nice but when I'm getting 1/1's six turns in it's just pointless I feel.
I'm considering replacing them with Duskrider Falcon's because I play against a black deck lover mostly.
Any other recommendations for a 2 cost creature that would benefit my deck?
And is it a bad idea to have no 1 cost creatures?
In general having no one cost creatures is not necessarily bad. It depends on the deck and what the goal is. Having no play on turn one is sometimes bad but it also dends on the deck

If your worry about your deck being slow without 1 drop creatures you could always add ramp to make it go faster example would be Farseek or Rampant Growth there are more than this but those are just a few examples

It depends on the curve and deck type. For example, Control decks (standard) have no 1 CMC creatures at all.

Resonance, I've thought about using cards like that but wouldn't it be better to simply add an extra land? The goal of adding that type of card is just giving you another way to get a land, but if you add another land in instead of that card isn't it basically the exact same thing? It seems pointless to add that type of card into any deck to me.

The point of cards like Farseek and Rampant Growth is to advance your mana development beyond what the 1-land-play-per-turn rule allows. For example: On turn 2 you play a 2nd land and then cast Rampant Growth . That spell gives you a 3rd land. On turn 3 you then play a 4th land, meaning you're one turn ahead of where you would have been without casting Rampant Growth .

No ramp is not the same thing, ramping speeds up mana production while thinning your deck so you less likely to draw a land later in the game when you don't need it.
For example
Turn 1: Play a Forest
Turn 2: Play a Forest & play Farseek
Turn 3: Play a Forest you now have 4 lands verses 3 you would have had by only play lands normally & another example would be.
Turn 1: Play a forest then tap forest for Llanowar Elves
Turn 2: Play a forest then tap 2 forests for Farseek & tap 1 land for another Llanowar Elves .
Turn 3: Play a land Now you have 6 green mana at your disposal instead of 3.

Ohhhhhhhh okay I understand now, so then are there white or blue equivilent cards to those? I'm not sure how I'd incorporate green into my deck as it is now.

I looked on Gatherer and I don't see any so any tips for how to incorporate it into this deck?

Dang your deck is White & Blue those are the two colors with the least amount of mana ramp I could offer other mana ramp avaible but it will most will be colorless mana.
Budget:
Non-Budget:
That a few that I named
You could also go for cards that lower the cost of your creatures instead.

I have a couple dark steel ingots so I'll try those.

Seems like Sapphire Medallion and Pearl Medallion Would be the best options for cost reduction.

Here are a few options for cost reduction in your deck
Stormscape Familiar can reduce the cost of your white spells while giving you a creature body.
Grand Arbiter Augustin IV Reducing Everything in your deck & makes your opponents spells cost more.

Yes! Grand arbiter is the one I was looking for, a friend showed me that yesterday but I couldn't remember it. I think I will definitely incorporate that into the deck.

Sunscape Familiar is the white version of stormcape & gives cost reduce to blue spells instead & is 0/3 instead.
