Is it worth it?

I have been working on a esper EDH deck with Sharuum as the commander for a while now and would like to get the communities opinion on it. It is my first attempt at a competitive EDH deck and I'm happy with where the deck is now. The only changes I want to make is on deciding what to swap out for Karn Liberated and Vedalken Orrery . My question is, is the deck worth the money? I plan to proxy out Tundra , Scrubland , and Underground Sea since they are crazy expensive. With those lands and all the cards I currently own, the rest of the cards come to a total of about $300. If you have any advice on how good the deck would actually do and if it is worth the $300 or which cards I should replace Karn Liberated and Vedalken Orrery I would greatly appreciated it.

Just saying, Leyline of Anticipation > Vedalken Orrery , even if its not an artifact.
