Is it worth it?

I've been debating puting 2x Thoughtseize
in my instant reanimator deck, The Big Bang Attack!, to help see if my opponent has anything in their hand that could stop me from going off when I need to, but I don't know what to take out. If you have a opinion on whether or not its worth it to take 2 things out to make room for 2 Thoughtsieze and, if you think it is worth it, what should I take out?

Since its a modern deck, and all you're trying to do is basically see your opponent's hand, you'd probably be better off with Inquisition of Kozilek . Saves you the 2 life and most instant speed removal/counters in modern are under 3 cmc. You could also try for Despise or Duress . All of those cards are significantly cheaper than Thoughtseize . Maybe play around with one of those, and if you decide you like it, invest in the Thoughtseize .

Thanks for the advice guys! And I'll definitely test out some hand hate over the Pact of Negation s WovenNebula. And the main reason I went with Thoughtseize was because it could grab about anything, but you make a good point about the CMC of counter spells kmcree so I think Inquisition of Kozilek or Duress would be a better choice.

I'm on the fence with Pact of Negation I may switch that out for Thoughtseize since you can use it earlier with no backlash.
