Is my sideboard effective?

While pretty new at this, I think I have a knack for constructed (if I do say so myself). But I'm not sure about the strategies behind sideboarding. If you could take a look at the sideboard for my deck (Tap in the Face) and give my any advice I'd really appreciate it.

There are no "rules" when it comes to sideboarding. A guideline to go by is to test your main deck against specific archetypes (UW control, Esper Control, Monocolored aggro, etc) and find out what your weaknesses are to each deck. Then you have to do some math and "guess" about what percentage of the field will actually contain those decks. Then devote that many slots to those matchups
Things I usually include in mine are: different removal (such as replacing Doom Blade with another removal spell if I'm playing against a deck with a lot of black creatures), hand disruption (vs control decks), etc
Really you just need to playtest a lot first to determine what your deck is weak against

Specifically, I'm worried my sideboard might be more of the same as what's in the main deck.
