When Gatecrash comes out you can build a pretty competent Simic deck. The evolve mechanic is both wonky and devastating.

@CamperCarl00: I'll argue that outside of limited. And while Glaspo may gave been referring to Green/Blue, he likely meant Green/Black seeing as in magic "B" referrs to Black. "U" is used for Blue.
