Is this competitive?

I'm thinking of buying this deck. It's my first really competitive modern deck and want to know if it's worth the 200 dollars I'd have to shell into it. Advice appreciated.

I would say yes, it is competitive. But it could be made far more competitive. It has some problems with consistency though. At it's core this is really a G/W hate deck, so you should focus on that, and start to shave off cards to make more 3s and 4 ofs. I would say make it look more like:

4 Noble Hierarch

4 Voice of Resurgence

4 Qasali Pridemage

3 Gaddock Teeg

4 Grand Abolisher

4 Leonin Arbiter

4 Loxodon Smiter

3 Linvala, Keeper of Silence

4 Ghostly Prison

3 Story Circle

23 Lands

I'll think about some of these choices, but I like having the diversity that it can allow currently. I have the staples that I need for most matches. Thanks for your input.
