Is this Izzet list competitive?

I am planning on taking this to FNMs and stuff like that. Is there any chance of doing well against big money decks, assuming I can pilot it well? Is it at all competitive?

What should I change on that list?

Even at an average CMC of 2.2 you're not going to be consistent with under 22 lands. Add in all the high flashback, overload and X costs you have and I'd wonder if you don't even need more.
