is this strong enogh for competetive play?

so i wanted to do a simic/undying deck and came up with this decklist: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/simic-undying-01-03-13-2/do you guys think its powerfull enogh for constructed?also i would like to get advice regarding my sideboard...tnx for the input!
