Izzet Agro Elementals

I'm not sure why but I don't feel to comfortable with my deck how it is... I think I need to change the Lone Revenant in it but idk what to...

Anyway! Any ideas for the entire deck? I'm hoping for an agro build but It needs to be able to survive if caught in the late game...
