Izzet Charm in American?

I think I want to add some Izzet Charm to my American build: Geist-N-Burn

Where does it fit, though? I don't really want to mess too much with the mainboard right now, but the r/b charm is pretty good: it's a counter if I need it, it's instand speed spot removal in an aggro heavy environment, and it's a faithless looting when I am looking for something special. What about sideboarding 3 aggainst aggro matchups in place of Dissipate, Dispel, and Elixir of Immortality?
