Need some help with:

(1) deciding on which to play... Counterflux or Dissolve . Dissolve plays nice with Goblin Electromancer , but Counterflux is better against control.

(2) building a sideboard.

If it were between the two... would you go Counterflux or Dissolve in that deck?

I would definitely run Dissolve over Counterflux . Having your counters get countered is incredibly situational. The Scry and lack of red in the mana cost makes Dissolve the clear victor here. I would keep Counterflux in the sideboard if you are really worried about the control matchup.
