Izzet Draw and Burn

I'm looking at building a Modern deck around Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded , and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind . I know i want a lot of draw so I'm looking at Font of Mythos and Howling Mine . I'm mostly looking for good creatures and spells to take advatage of Niv's burn effect so I'll probably be using Quicksilver Amulet to drop him as early as I can. I'm also going to be using Goblin Electromancer so i can drop my spells cheaper.

Any advice? I'm looking for cards that deal damage whenever an opponent draws. So far I've only found Spiteful Visions .
