How would I make this into a standard deck, and if so which standard type seems closet to my current build?

This is First Izzet Deck I have built out of some spare cards (I know most of them are banned in standard, but I'm on a budget) It's main purpose is casting a lot of sorceries and instants, countering/burning my opponent's life, while maintaining creatures on my field.

Any Ideas of how to change my deck, or at least what I should remove and take out?
