Izzet Standard Suggestions?

So I've got this Izzet burn deck that I like and I want to run it at FNM, but I'm not sure if it's finished yet. I'd like some suggestions on how to improve the deck without really breaking the bank. Right now i'm considering whether or not I want to put Delver and some Pikes in, and if I do, what I should take out. Of course, any other suggestions are welcomed, so please suggest away. :D

My suggestion, don't run izzet. My last FNM I lost every round, and each pairing after losing was another izzet deck. If your deck is aggro, you'll have better luck with RDW. If it's control go Azorious or even Bant.
