i like to use a combo of four card:Jace's Erasures and Jace, Memory Adept as a secondary win con
since his -7 is "any number of target players draw 20" you can target you opponent to draw 20 as well as your self to draw 20 and then with jaces erasure they mill 20 for each erasure you control
it also helps to have card:Venser's Journal just in case you dont mill out your opponent you then dont need to discard to 7 cards and you will gain around 20 life

Yes, whenever you draw a card, if card:Jace's Erasure is in play under your control, it's ability will be put on the stack. Once the -7 ability from Jace, Memory Adept is finished resolving, all the triggers from the erasure will resolve, causing them to mill for each card drawn.

Another idea is of course card:Jace's Archivist. With Jace's big ability you can activate that, then activate Jace's Archivist thus making your opponent discard at least 20 cards and then drawing whatever their hand was before that. You'll end up drawing some cards as well and then with one Jace's erasure on the field, your opponent will then mill another 20 cards.
To help that process along I recommend contagion clasp. Drop it on turn 2 for early removal turn 6 use its proliferate ability to add counters to Jace. Turn 7 go ultimate with Jace.
Other card of course being Tezzeret's Gambit.

card:Jace's Erasure is pretty good with something like Consecrated Sphinx not sure if its as good a card as its said to be for a win condition, if you manage to get the -7 ability to resolve you'd be better off targeting yourself, youd probably get the combined effects of more than one erasure, unless the opponent has the eldrazi or zeniths in his deck, in which case the ability should be used on him. personally i dont use planeswalkers, they cost too much money to acquire, but i did make a nice little deck which he or liliana can easily fit into called deck:psychic-surgeon i need to develop it more though i also got a pure blue with the cheesy name I wanna be a MILL-ionnaire

Make it a U/B control deck and use the Jace as a primary or secondary win condition.
