Jarad EDH Deck (BG, Budget)

I'm constructing an EDH deck with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord as my commander.

Here's the deck: "Budget" Jarad EDH

The basic idea of the deck is to kill everyone with Jarad's sacrifice ability. I'd go into detail here, but I think my deck description breaks it down pretty well.

Some questions I have:

• Do I have a good amount of land and mana ramp?
• ... of card draw and tutors?
• ... of removal?
• ... anything else, really?

In terms of budget, the only > $10 card is Phyrexian Dreadnought , who just works so well with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord that I can't not buy it. Other than that, there are only a handful cards > $1. Price is definitely a factor in how good a card is to me.

But yeah, any input of any sort would be appreciated. Feel free to leave it here or on the actual deck page. Thanks!

You can check out my Jarad EDH deck for some ideas. There are definitely some budgetary ideas in there, including the creatures that cycle for draw power.
