Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur/Chancellor of the Spires deck ideas

I own both Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and Chancellor of the Spires . It seems to me they are good cards and I hate that I own them and can't work them into any of my decks. Does anyone have good deck ideas based on the two of them?
Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur and Quicksilver Amulet in a mono/monoish green ramp deck has been floating around in my head. As for the Chancellor of the Spires , it really sucks and I would say is only good in a sideboard against decks that like their Army of the Damned or something. Better off with card:Praetor's Grasp.

You could probably run them in a deck using Heartless Summoning to reduce their mana costs.

It's difficult to find many decks centered around either card because of their obscene mana cost, but if you enter those card names into the search bar I'm sure you'll find some results...
