Deck: Tal-Gobos on Overload = Talrand and Goblins... each new set seems to bring something good to this setup. - Fun deck that can be very explosive... T3: Guttersnipe , T4: Guttersnipe , T5: 2x Hidden Strings , for 8 damage, tapping 4 creatures, attack for 4 damage, Cipher Cast 2x Hidden Strings for another 8 damage... from 20 to 0 in one fell-swoop on turn 5.

Really new to MTG (as in I started, say, two and a half weeks ago or so) and I've been able to scavenge cards here and there, and bought a simic intro pack. Now I'm wanting to build my own, after a bunch of research, so this is my first serious deck I've made. Feedback appreciated!

My first EDH deck is Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind EDH.

Its a Rug deck that focuses on ramping into big creatures (mostly dragons) such as Intet, the Dreamer and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and play other creatures for big draw or play with the top card revealed to see what Intet can really do.

A while ago I decided that what I really like is to burn things down, so went for the most straightforward deck I could think about.
Trample haste (elementals) burn deck.
THose other 2 are way less srious, since they have been built with my old (3rd edition, mostly) card collection for casual play:

I have been thinking in thurning the first one into a standard-legal deck (cheap-ish!) in case I want to go to a store event instead of just playing with my usual friends. The result is way less spectacular, but well, we are working on it :)
As you can see all the decks play to the same: fast and furious decks. Or they try to, at least. Not subtle at all, and they can be improved easily (more unsummons instead of twiddle, for example) but well, this is what I can build with what I currently have :)
