Kill all the humans... even your own (help plz help)

My deck is called killed-all-the-humans...-even-your-own evidently. It's a black white humans deck that i originally built around . However, even though i had enough humans, just seemed too damaging, people would wait until i had sacrificed a human to transform it and then use removal like Tragic Slip. I had just lost two cards to one, one mana removal spell. One person even played Dismember in response to me sacking the human.

So eventually I took him out and made it more into a black white token deck, but still with a sacrifice element eg: Altar's Reap. I feel it's a lot better now, but I have a tournament coming up and it still doesn't feel good enough to play, so i'll probably play my Flashback and your dead deck.

The trouble is I've played that deck quite a bit and I would really like to play this sacrifice humans deck. The tournament is on friday, but any comments, even after the deadline would be really appreciated.

Basically what i'm saying is please look at my deck and give me helpful comments on improving it. Thanks in advance
