I would replace Vampires bite with Giant Growth then replace Steady Progress with Gitaxian Probe , more for the cantrip & info, and 0 mana invest required

Needs more Mutagenic Growth

Inkmoth Nexus is a great land to use

Lotus Petal to power out creatures and speed kills

Rancor is a great enchantment with infect creatures

are the lands the way they are because thats all you have? legacy deck you can use abur lands, and all fetches, 21 lands is way to high imo
