I was wondering if anyone would take a look and see what I missed, I looked at each card and they were each Modern legal, but the deck info on the right side below the mana curve table says this is not a legal deck in any format.

Sphinx's Summoner seems to be bugged, but not in a relevant way.
here is shows that it's legal in EDH, Vintage, and Modern... but doesn't say anything about Legacy.

On the Gatherer, you can see that it is indeed legal in legacy.

I don't think this is causing a problem, but I thought it might be nice to know.

It seems to just be bugged. Your deck is perfectly legal.
