Show and tell is a pretty bad matchup for goblins

What if I use cards like Ashen Rider , Angel of Despair ?

you want to play those off of your opponents show and tell? Doesn't sound like a great plan lol

Actually maybe that might be good. Not sure though, I haven't played much of goblins

What about Oblivion Ring ?

You could drop Oblivion Ring from your opponents Show and Tell and then hit their Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Griselbrand

I am new but emrakul has color protection so how does it target the emrakul unless it goes on the stack?

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn has protection from colored SPELLS, not abilities. Oblivion Ring has an enter the battlefield trigger, which isn't a spell at the time it would go off. It can target Emrakul
