I've been looking at some of the cards spoiled for M14 and getting ideas. I'm fairly new so I'm looking for input. I know Slivers is going to be a huge thing because of the synergy they all have. But I want to make an Orzhov-ish deck using Shadowborn Apostle (m14). Once I can get 6 out and before sacking them for any demon, I would use the new Devout Invocation (m14), tap 'em for 6 4/4 angels, and then pay one black to send them away to drop a demon (Sire Of Insanity , Master of Cruelties , Rakdos, Lord of Riots , Desecration Demon ). I would also throw in Immortal Servitude to bring back all the Apostles and do it again...I'm working out what else would work for this Angels & Demons deck that exists in RNR block or may be coming with M14. Anything crafty?

You have an interesting idea with Immortal Servitude there. Nice catch for being a "newbie". :)

The thing to keep in mind is how difficult getting SIX COPIES of that Apostle onto the field is actually going to be. You'll be much more likely to draw some of those demons before you even hit those six. It will be challenging to build around, I'm hoping that as we see some new spoilers in the future we will have some better tools to aid in the cause.

The only idea I've come up with for getting around the "sacrifice six copies" idea is to have some kind of "copy" ability. Like with Progenitor Mimic or Infinite Reflection . I haven't worked it out entirely, but it's an idea I've been spitballing around for awhile.
