Looking for advice on W/B & G/U

Hi friends!Recently I got a Deck Builder's Toolkit 2014 and I decided to build two decks from it. W/B and G/U.
If you could take a moment to look at it and maybe give me your thoughts of it.
My plans for these two decks is to duel against each other, as for now. Currently it's me and my brother or girlfriend that are dueling and I'd like my decks to be "equally" balanced.
