Are you looking specifically to obtain land, or simply just acquire mana?

Mana: Elvish Mystic , Arbor Elf or Elvish Archdruid (for a while), Somberwald Sage , Gyre Sage , Manaweft Sliver , Greenside Watcher , Axebane Guardian

Land: Sylvan Primordial , Gatecreeper Vine

Thats all I got without going back into Innistrad Block...
