Looking for feedback on Budget Modern deck

This is my budget variation on the popular modern deck revolving around Living End All feedback welcome, but please remember it is a budget deck and I'd like to keep the price point around where it is now, thanks!!

The only problem I see here...which is the same I ran into is that if you want any modern deck to be competitive you need to open the wallet and spend some cash. Even the higher ups at WotC are on record saying modern is not a format for the player on a budget. It sucks but I have issues with building modern decks too.
