Looking for Help on adding in Brainstorm

I have a control sliver deck deck:the-legacy-of-slivers that I have played with for a while. I want to add Brainstorm to the deck but I am questioning whether or not to take out the Counterspell s or Mana Leak s for 4 brainstorm or to go with removing 1 Counterspell , 1 Mana Leak , and 1 Swords to Plowshares for 3 brainstorm? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated

Perhaps the Counterspells because I'm unsure how often you would have at least blue mana open to cast it, but that's just my opinion.

Thanks for the reply CptDanger. I was thinking along the same lines due to the two blue mana cost vs the 1 and a colorless. Would your opinion change if I were to add 4 Flooded Grove which I am considering due to the ability to get two blue mana out of it?
