Looking for Help With Mill Deck

Looking for a little help with my mill deck, I keep getting killed before I mill them completely. I get a 60 card deck half way milled by turn 8 or 9, depending on mana. I know I need more creatures, just not sure what to take out and what to put in. Here is a link to the deck so far, its not 100% standard but that is the main goal for it.
