Looking for some advice for my standard deck.

Ive been playing modern since the start of the summer, and I think I want to switch back to standard this friday. So Im looking for some suggestions and feedback on the deck I want to use. Not quite Esper Basically a B/W control deck. I need help with a sideboard as well. Show no mercy please. Thanks y'all.
