Looking for some EDH deck help

I'm looking for some help with an EDH deck that I threw together the other day. What I'm going for is a deck that takes other peoples stuff and then either keeps it if possible or sacrifices it if not.

I've only played it a couple of times and it worked well both times, but I attribute that to getting Altar of Dementia out both times. I'm looking for more ways to sacrifice permanents for free or cheap. I'm also looking for ways to get back my own permanents after I've used them ( Conjured Currency , Perplexing Chimera , Chromeshell Crab ).

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Deadeye Navigator steal there stuff then sould bond with Deadeye Navigator after you bounce it is yours for good.

Also I used to play Rubinia Soulsinger and I used Proteus Staff I would steal a creature then Proteus Staff it to the bottom of their library and I would get the creature.
