Looking for some feedback for this Modern U/W control deck.

Will like some suggestions for sideboard and main board as well as this is still a deck idea which I'm thinking of doing up but as the cards are not cheap so I hope to actually get some constructive feedback on how you guys think about this deck and it playability and whether will it be good enough as a competitive deck as well.

Remove 2 Boomerang and add in 2 Echoing Truth . Personally I would run a play set of Echoing Truth , but sometimes your opponents lands can give you a hard time. I would take out the 2 Academy Ruins because you aren't running that many artifacts and add in 2 Tectonic Edge or 2 Scalding Tarn .

I would maybe even consider taking out 2 Isochron Scepter but I think your deck is too instant heavy. Maybe you could add in Fiend Hunter ?
