I have my aggro matchups pretty well figured out, however I would like some input on the Esper / UW control matchups.
Please have a look and let me know what you guys think

I'm thinking I would also like to add 2 x Dimir Charm to the sideboard to assist with monoblue matchups, but I need to drop 2 cards for it....

Drop the two Pharika's Cure or don't add the 2 charms. Personally, while I see the charms as a good thing, I don't think they add much to the deck overall. I also disagree with removing Dissolve against esper/uw control. What you don't need are Ratchet Bomb . better an elspeth countered or removed, than having to destroy it or the tokens with the bombs.

You think so? The Pharika's Cure are the ONLY source of lifegain that's still removal for Grixis at the moment and they only come in vs the super fast aggro decks.
I was thinking of leaving Ratchet Bomb in solely to deal with opposing Pithing Needle s (as I know they will be bringing them in to deal with a lot of my permanents since they have activated abilities), and Detention Sphere s. So you think it better to leave 2x Dissolve in and take out the Ratchet Bomb s?

For that matter, I COULD drop Dreadbore also for the 2nd Pithing Needle and keep the 3rd Dissolve as well

yes, because the state of the game, doesn't and shouldn't rely on your planeswalker, your finisher in the match up is the Stormbreath Dragon
, so let them deal with the planeswalkers as needed.
Really on the Pharika's Cure vs Dimir Charm , I'm saying don't add the charms at all. No room for them and the cure's do it better.

Not against monoblue however. Nightveil Specter has 3 toughness and Frostburn Weird has 4 to start with.

But you have the kill spells already to deal with mainboard. Really, to break mono-B, kill these things in this order, Master of Waves , Nightveil Specter are tied for first come, first dead. You don't want to be hit by specter but it's acceptable if killing waves saves 10 points of damage. you should never be caught so behind and out of mana in this match up to let them have more than one creature a turn and not enough devotion to make thassa a real threat outside of scry. Then the rest. Really, I feel like you're always way too worried about the perfect game instead of playing the perfect strategy. Defining the perfect game as 'I stop everything in their deck and win with 20 life points.'. The perfect strategy involves giving and taking, giving up your pawns to take their knights and bishops. Don't overvalue their cards, Frostburn Weird is dead as the rest, it's a pawn of theirs and inconsequential to mention. Mutavault should be killed before him. I mean you have 16 forms of removal mainboard, this includes counters and bounce.
Dimir Charm is not that important to have.

I see your point. Thanks for the input! I have tested TONS against monoblack but not as much vs monoblue and I really should.
