through much play test it needs no proliferation, main thing is you can't transform off of a proliferated counter so either way your paying for it... The point of the deck is to draw and say go, you counter or kill what they give you and the at the end of your turn you spend the open land to put counters on ludevic. you dont even cast ludevic till late game, or unless spellskite is on the board.
