I have been building a deck for modern for some time now and it is based off Conley Woods worlds 2009 deck.

I have mangled his original creation to the best of my ability and there are problems with it. Could you please go there and give me help on it. Thank you

I need help:1) Formulating a Sideboard (As silly as they are the Cruel Ultimatum s are staying)

2) Fixing the disruption/support

Budget is usually not going to be an issue, just try to keep it <$40
