Making a Mill/Eldrazi Deck, any suggestions?

Hey guys,

So I've been making a few EDH decks recently and I've been thinking to make a Mill deck. I'm on a budget so I can't drop money on any outrages cards like Jace, the Mind Sculptor . The basic of the deck is to try to mill the opponents deck into decking themselves or until I can get an Eldrazi out of it and make it unblockable. The general I've chosen is Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker Partially for the colors and additionally for his ability but he can be interchangeable with any Legendary Creature in my deck basically. (Like Oona, Queen of the Fae , Circu, Dimir Lobotomist )

I've put both Jace Beleren and Jace, Memory Adept in the deck. I've as well put cards like Sewer Nemesis , Oona, Queen of the Fae , Circu, Dimir Lobotomist as well as Duskmantle, House of Shadow and Nephalia Drownyard . Then I have a few other mentionable spells like Mind Grind as well as a few enchantments like Curse of the Bloody Tome , Jace's Erasure , Memory Erosion and Chronic Flooding .

I've never played a Mill deck before and I'm curious what sort of form of attack do people run with them. I am trying to run Eldrazi card's with them as well. I have Belbe's Portal to help me get them out cheap as well I have Eldrazi Temple and Exhume to help me get one out of my graveyard just in case by using Dreamborn Muse causes me to mill it into my graveyard.

Do you guys think this is a viable deck to play with? Any suggestions, direction, or play elements you think I should add to this? Think I should change my General?
